Would you like to discover what it was like to live in the 17 th and 18 th century as the Venetian nobility?
Then join us in the visit of Palazzo Mocenigo!
Palazzo Mocenigo was founded in the 1500s as a gothic building but was rebuilt in the 17 th century in the style and form we can now enjoy.
After being the home of the Mocenigo family, in 1985 the building became a museum and now the various rooms host paintings, beautiful frescoes and lots of beautiful furniture, elegant and rich accessories and garments that evoke the life and activities of Venetian nobility between the 17 th and 18 th century. Since last year the collection also includes some beautiful gowns donated to the museum by the famous designer Alberta Ferretti. But Palazzo Mocenigo is not all about gowns and paintings, it also offers an interesting section dedicated to
perfume and its history.
Come and join us, we are waiting for you!
