Finalmente l’ora è giunta... L’evento che tutti stavano aspettando è finalmente pronto!
50 sezioni ESN da tutta Italia, 2000 Erasmus tutti in un unico villaggio sul mare per 4 giorni e 3 notti di pura follia! Con ESN Venezia per vivere insieme un'esperienza di cui non ricorderete niente ma che non dimenticherete mai: è l'EVENTO NAZIONALE COSENZA 2015!

➨ DOVE? Non ve lo diremo: la location resterà segreta fino all'ultimo perché è possibile entrare nel villaggio solamente con il nostro braccialetto!
➨ QUANDO? Dal 21 al 24 maggio 2015!
➨ QUANTO COSTA? La quota sarà di 250 euro e include:
- Viaggio in treno a/r fino a Cosenza
- Pick-up fino al villaggio
- Tre notti (21, 22, 23 Maggio)
- Tre Colazioni
- Tre Cene
- Tre Pranzi
- 2 Feste al giorno, Una di pomeriggio e una di notte, in spiaggia o in piscina!
- Gite
- T-Shirt dell'evento
Regolamento EN 2015 COSENZA! Possono partecipare all’evento gli studenti Erasmus o gli studenti stranieri coinvolti in programmi di mobilità internazionale possessori della ESN Card della sezione di VENEZIA ( anno 2014/2015)

Le registrazioni saranno aperte fino alle ore 23.59 del 06.03.2015
I posti disponibili sono decisi dal Regolamento dell'Evento Nazionale di ESN Italia e non dalla Singola sezione.
I fortunati verranno contatti tramite e-mail verrà comunicato orario, giorno e luogo per la conferma definitiva che avverrà solo con il versamento dell’INTERA FEE di partecipazione di 250€ .
Solo dopo il versamento dell'intera FEE la prenotazione sarà considerata valida. Eventuali posti disponibili ci verranno comunicati dopo il 22 Marzo e saranno distribuiti in base all'ordine della WL.
Non sarà possibile effettuare cambi di posizione (esempio* . Chi non si sarà pre-iscritto non potrà partecipare all'Evento Nazionale. Quindi anche se non siete sicuri di voler o poter partecipare il nostro consiglio è di prenotarvi ugualmente, nel caso doveste rinunciare potreste lasciare il posto a chi è dopo di voi il LISTA. Ovviamente la sezione si riserva il diritto di ammissione/espulsione all’Evento per comportamenti scorretti e/o lesivia da parte dei Soci. I partecipanti all'Evento Nazionale saranno tenuti a versare una caparra di 20€ per eventuali danni, oltre ai 250€ di FEE, direttamente all'arrivo presso il Villaggio. La Caparra verrà restituita al rientro dal Viaggio interamente se non avrete fatto danni o decurtata in caso di danni!

The party you've been waiting for all year! 50 sections from ESN of all over Italy, 2000 Erasmus from all over Europe in an beachside village for 4 days and 3 nights of pure party spirit! Come and join ESN Venice in THE erasmus party event of the year – the EVENTO NAZIONALE 2015 at COSENZA
➨ WHERE? We won't tell you that 'till the last few days: the location will be secret, because only the bracelet owners will be allowed to enter in the village.
➨ WHEN? From 21 to 24 May 2015
➨ HOW MUCH? The fee is 250€, it includes:
- Round trip by train to Cosenza
- Picking up service to the village
- Three nights (21, 22, 23 of May) in shared rooms
- Three Breakfasts
- Three Dinners
- Three Lunches
- Pool party and beach party all day long, every day
- Excursions
- Event T-Shirt

The REGISTRATION FORM will be online until 06.03.2015 h 11.59 PM
The pre-registration doesn’t give the right to participate in the Event Places are decided by the Regulation of the "ESN ITALIA EVENTO NAZIONALE 2015” , not by the single section. The lucky participant will be contacted by e-mail. We’ll give them the time, day and the place to confirm by the payment of the ENTIRE fee of € 250. Only after the full payment of the FEE, booking will be considered valid. Any vacancies will be communicated on March 22 and will be distributed in the order of WL. It will not be possible to “change positions” (eg *, 'I am the number 14, I do not want to go the EN... could my friend go in my place who is n° 80?).
ATTENTION: Those who are not pre-registered on the REGISTRATION FORM, will not be able to participate in the Event National. So even if you are not sure, you want or be able to participate, in our advice, the best is to book anyway. In case you give up, you could leave the place that will be assigned to those who are after you in the WAITING LIST. Obviously, ESN Venezia reserves the right of admission/expulsion to/from the Event for misconduct and/or lesivia by the erasmus members and ESN Card holders. National Event Participants will be required to pay a deposit of € 20 for any damages, in addition to the € 250 FEE, upon arrival at the Village in Cosenza. If you won’t do any damage, the deposit will be returned entirely during the return from the trip. In case of damage, it will be deducted.
The event will be hold ONLY if there will be at least 10 partecipants
