Una nuova lezione di cucina è alle porte!
Per dare il benvenuto al mese di maggio questa volta prepareremo la pizza! ❤

Tutti sappiamo che la pizza è un simbolo della cucina italiana, anche se ormai si è diffusa a livello mondiale. Ma qual è la storia della pizza e come viene fatta nelle case italiane?

Durante la nostra lezione di cucina vi diremo tutto sulla pizza e sulle sue origini e per l’occasione avremo un ospite speciale…

Prepareremo l’impasto della pizza tutti insieme e poi sarete liberi di condirla come piú vi piace!

Ingredienti per l’impasto:

• 500 gr di farina (00 o per pizza)
• 15 gr di sale
• 3 gr di zucchero
• 10 gr di olio d’oliva
• 350 cl d’acqua
• 3 gr di lievito di birra fresco

Ingredienti per il condimento:

• passata di pomodoro
• mozzarella
• qualsiasi cosa, tranne l’ananas

Inoltre, ti serviranno un paio di teglie e una grande ciotola.

We all know that pizza is a symbol of the Italian cuisine, even if it’s spread all over the world. But what’s his history and how people make it in Italian kitchens?

During our cooking lesson we’ll tell you everything we know about pizza and its origins and this time we’ll have a special guest…

We’ll make the pizza dough and then you’ll be free to season it with whatever you like

Ingredients for the dough:

• 500 gr flour (00 or for pizza)
• 15 gr salt
• 3 gr sugar
• 10 gr olive oil
• 350 cl water
• 3 gr active fresh yeast

Ingredients for the seasoning:

• tomato sauce
• mozzarella
• whatever you want, but not pineapple

You’ll need a couple of baking trays and a big bowl.

Another cinema Friday, another true story!
ESN Venezia offers you the now classic INTOUCHABLES, a 2011 movie directed by Olivier Nakache and Éric Toledano.

The movie traces the story of the friendship between Philippe Pozzo di Borgo, a rich white and quadriplegic gentleman looking for a caregiver, and the young Driss Bassari, a scruffy and uncouth colored boy.

Steeped in sarcasm and the shrewd irony typical of the French comedy, The Intouchables touches on the themes of social inclusion besides social differences, racism and the fight against it, disability and, above all, friendship.

Come ben sapete, il ragù è una salsa con cui condire la pasta e in Italia ci sono vari modi di prepararlo. C’è il ragù alla bolognese, alla napoletana, alla genovese, alla toscana e così via. Noi vi mostreremo però una versione molto semplice di ragù... il ragù alla Nunzia.

Here we go again with another cooking lesson. This time the protagonist will be... ragù!
As you will know, ragù is a dressing sauce for pasta and in Italy we have so many ways to make it. There is ragù alla bolognese, alla napoletana, alla genovese, alla toscana and so on. But we will show you a very simple version of ragù... ragù alla Nunzia.

You’ll find it easy to make, but the cooking requires a lot of time and care.
